The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2026 is almost here, bringing another exciting season of global flavors, creative dishes, and festival favorites to Walt Disney World. This year also marks 30 years of the popular festival. To celebrate, Disney is bringing back or reimagining 30 special items from the festival’s history. These anniversary dishes will feature a special 30th-anniversary icon in the official Foodie Guide.
New and Returning Festival Food
The 2026 menu combines classic favorites with new creations. Several dishes have already attracted attention among Disney food fans.
At Forest & Field, guests can once again enjoy Pumpkin-Mascarpone Ravioli. Australia is also bringing back its Grilled Bushberry-Spiced Shrimp Skewer.
New offerings include Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings at Gyozas of the Galaxy. At Hops & Barley, visitors can try the Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt.
Other confirmed highlights include the Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle. This returning dessert features pumpkin cheesecake mousse, spice cake, citrus sauce, and cranberry granola.

More Must-Try Dishes at EPCOT
The Odyssey — Brewing Lab will serve Dill Buffalo Chicken Wings with house-made ranch. The dill pickle flavor adds an interesting twist to a familiar festival favorite.
Another highly anticipated option is the Cannoli Milkshake at The Wedge. It combines vanilla milkshake flavors with ricotta, mascarpone, and cinnamon. The drink is topped with a cannoli shell, chocolate shavings, and a maraschino cherry.
Cheese lovers can also look forward to Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese. Meanwhile, the Swirled Showcase will bring back the Liquid Nitrogen Almond Truffle Mousse.
The dessert features whiskey caramel sauce and sugared almonds. It is prepared tableside using liquid nitrogen, making it both a food and visual experience.

Emile’s Fromage Montage Returns
One of the most popular EPCOT Food & Wine Festival traditions is returning in 2026. Emile’s Fromage Montage gives guests a chance to explore several cheese-focused dishes across the Global Marketplaces.
Guests can purchase five qualifying items and collect stamps in their Festival Passport. After completing the challenge, they can visit Shimmering Sips to receive a special festival treat.
Cheese fans will also find an interactive experience at CommuniCore Hall. The “Cheers to Cheese!” exhibit will run from September 18 through November 8.
Visitors can discover cheese history and enjoy creative options such as the Cannoli Milkshake, cheese flights, and macaroni and cheese.
2026 Food Booths and Festival Decorations
Festival preparations are already visible around EPCOT. Returning Global Marketplaces have received new signs, while several longtime booths feature special 30th-anniversary decorations.
Guests will find locations such as Shimmering Sips, Canada, Hawai’i, Coastal Eats, Gyozas of the Galaxy, Flavors From Fire, and The Fry Basket.
Other locations include Bramblewood Bites, Milled & Mulled, Forest & Field, France, Brazil, Belgium, Greece, Japan, Hops & Barley, Spain, Germany, The Alps, India, China, Mexico, and Australia.
The Odyssey pavilion will once again feature the Brew-Wing Lab theme, with Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker returning to present the menu.
