SeatGeek has signed a major multiyear partnership with Beemok Sports & Entertainment to become the official ticketing partner for two of North America’s biggest tennis tournaments. The agreement covers the Cincinnati Open and the Credit One Charleston Open. It also gives SeatGeek exclusive ticketing rights for Credit One Stadium.
The partnership marks a major change in the sports ticketing industry because SeatGeek will replace Ticketmaster across the Beemok Sports & Entertainment portfolio. The transition will happen in several stages between 2026 and 2028.
Transition Will Roll Out in Phases
The first phase begins in July 2026 when SeatGeek starts handling tickets for the Credit One Charleston Open. In January 2027, the company will expand into concerts and entertainment events at Credit One Stadium. The final phase arrives in January 2028 when SeatGeek officially takes over ticketing operations for the Cincinnati Open and events at the Lindner Family Tennis Center.
This phased rollout gives both organizations time to integrate technology and improve operations before full implementation. It also allows fans to adapt gradually to the new ticketing platform.
Focus on Improving the Fan Experience
The main goal of the partnership is to modernize the fan experience at every venue and event managed by Beemok Sports & Entertainment. SeatGeek plans to deliver a mobile-first system that makes ticket buying faster and easier for fans.
The platform includes several popular features. Fans can compare ticket values through Deal Score technology, preview seat views before purchase, and transfer tickets directly from their phones. Mobile entry also reduces delays at venue gates.
Bob Moran, President of Beemok Sports & Entertainment, said the company wants to create a seamless experience across all properties. He explained that SeatGeek offers the flexibility and technology needed to support that vision.
SeatGeek will also help venues promote premium seating and hospitality experiences. This feature may increase revenue opportunities while giving fans more entertainment options.
