As underground temperatures rise, the fungus escapes its confinement. It mutates and takes over victims, causing body horror and mind control.

Its narrative tension is bolstered by dark humor and fast pacing, making it feel like a horror parody and survival thriller mixed together.
What Audiences Should Expect
Because Cold Storage combines horror with comedy, it will appeal to fans of both genres. The plot hinges on containment, biological threat, and survival under extreme conditions. Moreover, the cast’s mix of young leads and veteran actors gives emotional depth and spectacle.
